I have OCD (Obessive Compulsive Disorder). It can be really stressful doing certain rituals and counting constantly. I'm trying to overcome but it can be hard to do. I'm not giving up though; I know one day my OCD and the rituals will go away.

Those rituals will stop. If you fight, to get them to stop, they will. Whenever you think of something in the ritual, then push it away, think of something else... It´s not easy.. OCD is never easy
